Good overall. Booked this hotel because of pool and hot tub but didn't get to use them due to open hours. I understand closing at 10 but 9 am is a little late to open in my opinion

The hot tub and pool were lovely, though the pool is only 4 feet deep (safe but not great). The 'fitness centre' consists of four treadmills only. There is no laundry room or laundry service on site. The breakfast (6 am to 9 am, 10 am on weekends) is quite good and includes hot items (sausages, omelettes, eggs). There is no restaurant on site.

When we arrived and were checking into the hotel we were told that they did not have any king or 2 queen bed rooms left, as per our reservation, and they down graded us to a single queen room. Our reservation was for an upgraded room not a single queen. We were not informed of this prior to our arrival, although the reservation was made a week or more earlier.

Hotel is fairly new and is getting run down fast. Entrance way was filthy when I arrived. Understand there are a lot of construction workers using this hotel but being a Holiday Inn you would think they would have people cleaning through out the day. First impression is everything. Rooms are in need of painting and beds have seen better days. For the price I won’t return.

The staff was super friendly. The room was nice. The only issue I had was the drunken ****** in the room next door. Woke me out of a dead sleep with their yelling and screaming/fighting at 230 in the morning,

I would greatly recommend having a binder with for people with dietary issues. Having options for gluten-free folks. Example, sausage ingredients, eggs, potatoes.
